All driver & cleaner details are maintained here. The basic details of drivers & cleaners are maintained as shown below,

Once a transport business has been confirmed, trips are started. The route details are maintained here to identify short routes and places involved between the staring place and ending place of any trip.

   The vehicle undergoes various types of charges/expenses during a trip, like Toll Gate Fee, RTO, Check Post, Police, Medical, etc., which are maintained here.   Each vehicle has its own trip & load to make. These details are maintained here vehicle wise.

Tyre details is one of the most important part in vehicle maintaince, since this causes more expense while on the run. Hence this needs to be monitored periodically. Details of both new & re-tread tyres are been maintained here. The distance travelled before every new tyre change helps gauge km at which next tyre needs to be changed. The application intimates alert when this km arrives. to make. These details are maintained here vehicle wise.

 Vehicle Log book is a vehicle movement register. All routine and daily activity of every vehicle is being recorded here.   Lots of spare parts needs to be maintained and changed periodical to vehicles according to the vehicle type. Hence a unique code is provided for spares according to its part number and vehicle type. When a vehicle gets a spare changed, it will be noted down by this process for the maintenance cost to be measured later.
